Canvas Products

Our canvas products are hand-made and a superior product to what you commonly find in the market. They are printed with a state-of-the-art super hi resolution museum quality printer with up to 12 pigmented inks on THICK exhibition quality canvas and stretched over 1 1/2 inch deep, solid wood, hand-made stretcher bars and finished with a professional hanging wire.

Caring for your Canvas Print

Canvases are susceptible to changes in humidity and over time your canvas will become less tight and seem looser on the stretcher bars.  As long as the print is maintained in an upright position it should be okay and not be noticeable. This is perfectly normal. Fortunately, there is also an easy fix. Simply fill a spray bottle with water and spray the back of the canvas with a liberal amount of water then let dry. You do not want to spray it so the water is dripping or running but enough to make sure the back of the canvas has a good coat of moisture on the back. Using a wet sponge or wash cloth can also work. Spraying the back of the canvas with water and letting it dry will tighten up the canvas. Some art supply stores also carry canvas tension solution which seems to work but plain water works just as well.

Custom Orders

If you are looking for something on our site and can’t find it, please let us know. We offer more products/services than we currently show on our site including other Giclee prints and custom framing options as well. Some custom options/special orders are only available to repeat customers.

Giclee Prints

We specialize in Giclee prints. This artwork has been reproduced from the original using modern fine art printing and archival methods, equipment and material to produce what is commonly known as a Giclee print.  Giclee prints are produced on large-format inkjet printers utilizing up to 12 different pigmented inks to produce a large color gamut. Giclee prints can be printed on a wide variety of substrates including fine art paper, photo paper, watercolor paper, cotton canvas and are designed to last 100-200 years. Our Giclee prints are printed on heavy Fine Art Matte paper. We include a signed certificate of authenticity with all Giclee prints, framed or unframed.

Print Sizes

Art images come in a wide variety of sizes. Some are convenient to print in common sizes and some are not. In some cases images may need to be slightly modified to fit the size selected. If the modification results in a badly cropped or distorted image, we will let you know and offer you alternative sizes. Prints are intended to be professionally matted and frame. Print sizes are approximate.

Large Prints

If you order a large print (anything larger than 24 inches) please be sure you understand the recommended minimum (Diagonal x 1.5) and maximum (Diagonal x 2) viewing distances for the artwork. For example, for a piece 36×24, the diagonal will be 43.27 inches so the minimum viewing distance would be 64.9 inches or 5.4 feet. These size prints are best suited for very large rooms, studios or galleries.

Framed Art

Our framed art includes artwork sourced from our in-house inventory of Giclee prints as well as artwork acquired from other dealers, galleries, estate sales and auctions. All artwork sourced internally is created from scratch with new archival grade material and is labeled NEW. All externally sourced art is assessed and given a grade based on our condition grading system which represents our opinion of the condition. If you order a made-to-order framed piece, be aware that we may need to substitute the frame or mat board with a similar style/color frame/mat board due to supply network shortages.

Uploaded Artwork

If you choose to upload an artwork image for printing, you MUST use the sizing tool to determine valid print sizes. The tool will analyze your image to determine the orientation and valid print sizes. The sizes listed on the uploaded files product page include all the sizes that we offer, most of which won’t work for your image so make sure to use the sizing tool before selecting a size. If we detect an invalid size for your photo we will contact you to offer alternatives.
