The Monet Family in Their Garden at Argenteuil

Description

The Monet Family in Their Garden at Argenteuil captures a sunlit moment among grass, flowers and leafy trees. A woman in a flowing white dress sits with a child, while a man bends over the garden at the left.

Chickens wander through the foreground, adding life to the relaxed domestic scene. Quick touches of blue, green, white and red suggest shifting light, with the pale dress forming a luminous center amid the garden’s greenery.
